India, Oct. 13 -- EASTERN RAILWAY has issued a tender notice titled "Supply and Installation of Aerosol Fire" with the tender reference no.: 54266298.
The tender details are as follows: Supply and Installation of Aerosol Fire Suppression System Cartridge, 01 no. of minimum 40 g m in Power Panel of SG AC coaches, 02 nos. of minimum 15 gm in RMPU control panel of SG AC coaches and 01 no. minimum of 10 gm in inverter panel of SG AC coaches as per technical parameters as per Annexure G1 of RDSO Specification no. RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0192-2018 (Rev. 1). Acceptable makes: RDSO approved m ake FIREPRO/STAT-X/PYROGEN TECHNOLOGIES (Regular) and DSPA, Netherlands (upto 25% quantity) or an y other make which have been enlisted in the bill of material for fire suppression cartridge vide RDSO Speci fication no. RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0192-2018 (Rev.1) in UVAM item ID 3100019, till tender opening date. This s hall be installed in the Electrical panels of SG AC Coaches. All necessary modification, clamping arrangeme nt and accessories required for installation of this item shall be within the scope of supplier. Total 04 Nos. o f cartridges required for one coach as one set. (One set consists of 04 cartridges of capacity Minimum 40 g m - 01 No., Minimum 15 gm - 02 Nos., Minimum 10 gm - 01 No.) Note: Location of Aerosol Fire cartridge in the Electrical Panels shall be as per drawing mentioned in the RDSO letter no.
