The tender details are as follows: Supply and Application of Cast Vinyl Graphic Film for Exterior of ICF coaches as per RDSO spe cification No-RDSO/2010/CG-08 Dt-Oct2010 or latest. Exterior Vinyl Wrap should be provided with Anti-Graf fiti measures as per Para 1.0 of RCF design letter No-MD22151 Dt-10.05.2017. Colour of the Film should be Blood Red to colour code-RAL 3011. Film to be applied on both side of the coach along its length for Exterio r Blood Red Area only as per CG-19021(Utkrist). Area of application per coach is 230 sq. ft.(approx.). ]
