India, Nov. 22 -- RAIL COACH FACTORY (RCF), KAPURTHALA has issued a tender notice titled "Set of End Wall for Lhb Bangladesh Power Car Coaches" with the tender reference no.: 05251985.
The tender details are as follows: Set of End Wall for Lhb Bangladesh Power Car Coaches, as Per Drawing: Mp25 Endbpc Version 0, Packing Instruction: 1. the Supplier Shall Pack the End Wall in a Suitably Designed Returnable Fixture (As Per Drawing no Icf/JandT/Sk-1809 Alt. 'A?) in such a Way Th at End Wall Shall not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twisted during Transportation, Storag E and Lifting and to Avoid Scratches on Outer Surface. it should be Separated by Suitab Le Environment Friendly Blocks to Avoid Rubbing of Two Endwall Surfaces. it should H Ave Standard Clamping/Fastening Mechanism so that it can be Opened Easily. it should H Ave Firm's Identification Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along with End Wall be Retai Ned by Rcf and this Fixture Shall be Exchanged in the Second Lot Supply and so On. at the End of the Contact, the Firm Shall Collect the Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture Fr Om Rcf. 3. the Packing Fixture/Frame to be Fabricated having Sufficient Strength to Bea R Approximate 2 Tonne Load in Static and Moving Condition of Two Coach Sets of End Wall. 4. the Fixture /Frame/Pallet should be Designed so that the Packed End Wall Preferably Remain in Vertical Position to Minimize Surface Area. 5. it should Also be Suitable for St Orage of End Wall under Open Sky.
