India, April 14 -- SOUTHERN RAILWAY has issued a tender notice titled "One Time Lock / Pad Lock Seal (Otl)" with the tender reference no.: 90265719.
The tender details are as follows: One time Lock / Pad lock seal (OTL) Specification: 1. Material of Hook-Galvanized iron (GI) 2. Wire Diameter of hook 4 to 5mm 3. Material of body (minimum) 30mm x 15mm (height) x 10mm (thickness ) as per drawing enclosed. It can be locked by pressing the metal portion towards plastic enclosure and whi ch can be opened only by breaking its plastic body and cannot be reused. Stenciling should be done as DE E/CHG/MAS with continuation of serial number starts from 00001 on the plastic body . Sample to be approv ed before effecting bulk supply.
