India, Dec. 12 -- SOUTH WESTERN RAILWAY has issued a tender notice titled "Metallic Security Seals" with the tender reference no.: L7256496.
The tender details are as follows: Metallic Security Seals:- a) The seal is intended to be tamper proof and to consist of head affixe d with tin strip either with or without an opening at the farther end. Dimension:- Width of strip/tape 9.5 MM Approx, Length of strip 250 MM Min (including head), Thickness of strip/tape:- 0.299 MM = 0.001 Approx, af ter inserting the free end of the strip into the lock and should not come out by application of normal manual pressure. b) Single cold reduced low- Carbon mild steel Electrolytic Tin plate (Material:- M.S.Sheet or Stainl ess Steel).
