India, Feb. 3 -- WESTERN RAILWAY has issued a tender notice titled "Supply of under Coat/Finish Coat Paint for Helical Coil Springs" with the tender reference no.: 83257499.
The tender details are as follows: Supply of under coat/finish coat paint for helical coil springs of LHB coaches and similar appli cation (single Pack), as per RDSO Specification No.-M andC/ PCN/132/2021, along with 15% (45 ltr) suitable c ompatible thinner. Colour of paint Basalt Grey RAL 7012 Conditions- 1. In table No. 1 of RDSO specification at page no. 7 ,8 and 9, the test mentioned at Sr. No.1 to 9 and 13 to 24 should be conducted by NABL/Govt. a pproved certified lab. The results /certificates of above mentioned tests should be submitted to consignee d uring supply of paint. 2. In table no.1 of RDSO specification at page no.7and 8 the test mentioned at Sr. no.10 ,11 and 12, firm to submit govt. approved certificate lab/ NABL certificate lab. 3. 15% (45 ltr) suitable comp atible thinner should be supplied separately in 20 liter pack. 4. Paint should be supplied in 20 liter pack and thinner should also be supplied in 20 liter pack. colour of paint - RAL 7012 Basalt Grey [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
