India, Oct. 1 -- RAIL COACH FACTORY (RCF), KAPURTHALA has issued a tender notice titled "Set of Final Roof Element" with the tender reference no.: 05251887.
The tender details are as follows: Set of Final Roof Element, as Per Drawing: Mpfredd Version 2, Packing Instructio N: 1. the Supplier Shall Pack the Final Roof Element in a Suitably Designed Returnable Fi Xture in such a Way that Final Roof Element Shall not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twisted during Transportation, Storage and Lifting and to Avoid Scratches on Outer Surface. i t should be Wrapped with Enviroment Friendly Material and it should have Standard Cl Amping /Fastening Mechanism so that it can be Opened Easily. it should have Firm's Identi Fication Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along with Final Roof Element be Retained by Rcf and this Fixture Shall be Exchanged in the Second Lot Supply and so On. at the End of the Contact, the Firm Shall Collect the Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture from Rcf. 3. the Packing Fixture/Frame to be Fabricated having Sufficient Strenght to Bear Appro Ximate 1 Tonne Load in Static and Moving Condition of Five Coach Set of Final Roof Elemen T. 4. the Fixture /Frame/Pallet should be Designed so that the Packed Final Roof Element Preferably Remain in Horizontal Position to Minimize Surface Area. 5. it should Also be Suitable for Storage of Final Roof Element under Open Sky. [ Warranty Period: 3 0 Months after the Date of Delivery ] ]
