India, Sept. 20 -- SOUTH EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY has issued a tender notice titled "Hiring Services of 'Attendants in Lieu of Tadk' for 03 Officers under Motibagh Workshop, Nagpur as Per Scope of Work for 03 Years" with the tender reference no.: MIBW202519060504R.
The tender details are as follows: Hiring services of attendants for 03 officers for 03 years (i.e. 3240 man-days [considerin g 1 man-day = 08 service hours]) (excluding agency commission/service charge) at total minimum all inclusive cost payable to contractor per officer per Month (min. floor price Rs.30532.50/- + GST extra) as per terms and condition of this tender. Break up of monthly cost per officer per month: (a) Basic wa ge L1 (min pay in IR matrix of pay) = Rs. 18000/- (b) Applicable DA at 55% of L1 = Rs. 9900/- (c) Statu tory EPF at 13% (on max Rs. 15000/-) = Rs. 1950/- (d) Statutory ESI at 3.25% (on max Rs. 21000/-) = Rs. 682.50/- (e) Applicable GST charges at 18% = Rs.5495.85/-} Total of (a) + (b) + (c) + (d) + (e) = R s.36,028.35/- per officer per month (considering 30 days per month for all purpose of calculations.)
