The present application has been moved under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR/Case Crime No. 0010 of 2026 dated 11.01.2026, registered under Sections 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 324(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned D.A.G. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are students of Class 12th and the allegations levelled against them are frivolous, fictitious, and false. He further submits that, without investigating the matter, the Investigating Officer is threatening the applicants with arrest, which is against the principles of natural justice. He also submits that the applicants have falsely been implicated in the present matter and no offence is made out against them.
