1. Counter affidavits filed by the respondents are taken on record. The stand taken therein is that the impugned advertisement has been withdrawn, and the selection process, which is under challenge, has been cancelled.
2. Having regard to the said development, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
