The applicant - Angrej Singh is in judicial custody for the offence under Section 8 read with Section 21 and Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Case Crime No. 190 of 2025, registered at Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
According to the First Information Report dated 04.10.2025, the police recovered 256 gm. smack from the possession of the co-accused Indrajeet Singh. He told the police that he is bringing the said smack from Angrej Singh alias Bittu (applicant).
Heard Mr. Siddharth Bankoti, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the respondent.
