UTTARAKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON AYAT CONTRACTOR V/S STATE OF UTTARAKHAND AND OTHERS

NAINITAL, India, April 17 -- Uttarakhand High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 17:

1. Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper prayers.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
