AGARTALA, India, Feb. 16 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Jan. 15:
The issue raised by the Petitioners in these Writ Petitions is covered by the judgment pronounced today in W.A.No.61of 2022 and batch.
Therefore, in terms of the said judgment, it is held that the petitioners herein, being employees of the District Judiciary, are entitled to gratuity of Rs.10,00,000/- as per the Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pension) Rules, 2017. The said amount shall be paid to them, if not already paid, with interest @ 7% p.a. from the date on which they are entitled to the same till the date of actual payment which shall not be more than 6(six) weeks from today.
Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
Pending application/s, if any, also stands disposed of.
