AGARTALA, India, May 11 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 9:
Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
This is an application filed by the applicant for condoning delay of 601 days in preferring the connected appeal.
It is seen from Registry's note dated 08.04.2026 that the applicant side has submitted proof of service of notice through 'Dasti' in respect of respondents No.1 to 6 by way of affidavit and respondents No.1 & 2 are duly represented by their engaged counsel on the strength of Vakalatnama.
Respondent No.7 i.e. the LA Collector is duly represented by Mr. P. Gautam, learned Sr. G.A.
Having heard the submissions made at the Bar and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the averments made in the application are self-explanatory and for that reason, instant IA application filed by the applicant should be allowed.
In view of the above, the interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
