This present application has been filed to stay the operation of the judgment and award dated 20.03.2024 passed by the Learned Commissioner, Employee's Compensation, North Tripura Dharmanagar in case No.TS(E/C.)03 of 2018.

It is seen from the record that, despite service of notice upon the respondents, there is no representation on their behalf.

For reasons stated in the affidavit appended to this application, this present interlocutory application stands allowed and there shall be a stay on the judgment and award dated 20.03.2024 passed in case No.TS(E/C.)03 of 2018 till disposal of the final appeal.
