TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI BISWAJIT DEBNATH V/S THE NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY AND ANR.

AGARTALA, India, May 27 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 27:

This present application has been filed for dispensing the requirement of submitting the certified copy of the Judgment, dated, 04.05.2024, passed in TS (EC)- 15 of 2016, by the learned Commissioner Employees Compensation, West Tripura, Agartala while preferring Cross Objection (EC) under Order-41 Rule-22 of CPC read with Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, against MFA (EC) No. 03 of 2025 filed by the National Insurance Company Limited challenging the Award, dated, 04.05.2024, passed by the learned Commissioner, Employees Compensation, West Tripura, Agartala, in T.S (EC) 15 of 2016, which has been annexed with the connected MFA (EC) No. 03 of 2025, pending before this Court.

Heard.

For the reasons stated it the affidavit appended to this application, this present interlocutory application stands allowed and the delay stands condoned.
