TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI BANI RAM REANG V/S THE STATE OF TRIPURA

AGARTALA, India, March 11 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Feb. 10:

This present application has been filed for condoning a delay of 3580 days in preferring the connected appeal, challenging the impugned Judgment of Conviction and Order of Sentence dated 27.02.2016 and 29.02.2016.

Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit appended to this application, this present interlocutory application is allowed and the delay stands condoned.
