TRIPURA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SMT. NIYATI DEB (SEN) AND ANR. V/S ORIENTAL INS. CO.

AGARTALA, India, May 27 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 27:

This present application has been filed for allowing the claimant-applicants to withdraw the statutory deposited amount of Rs.25,000/- along with interest accrued thereon which has been deposited by the Oriental Insurance Company-the respondent No.1 herein is preferring the MAC App. No.59 of 2016 disposed on 22.03.2018.

Heard.

In terms of the reasons given in the affidavit appended to this application, this present application stands allowed and the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the prayed amount in accordance with law as per procedure.
