Heard counsel for the parties.
This application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the appeal challenging the judgment of the learned single judge.
Since the applicant is a senior citizen and has pleaded that he was suffering from vertigo, eye and dental problems and has also filed medical records in support of the same, notwithstanding the objection of the respondents against the application for condonation of delay, this application is allowed.
No costs.
List the appeal [WA 116/2025] for admission on 13.01.2026.
