AGARTALA, India, May 27 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on April 27:
This present condonation application has been filed for condoning a delay of 85 days in preferring the connected appeal.
When the case is called, heard learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5.
It is seen from the record that despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4.
For the reasons stated it the affidavit appended to this application, this present interlocutory application stands allowed and the delay stands condoned.
