AGARTALA, India, April 18 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on March 17:

This present application has been filed under Chapter VIII Rule A3(g) of the High Court Rules for passing an interim order staying the operation of the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in WP(C) No.285 of 2024 till disposal of the writ appeal.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in WP(C) No.285 of 2024 be stand suspended. Accordingly, the same is ordered.

The I.A. is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
