AGARTALA, India, March 4 -- Tripura High Court issued the following order/judgement on Feb. 2:

This is an application filed under proviso to section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, for condoning the delay of 1162 days in preferring the appeal against the impugned order dated 27.04.2021 passed in L.A.(Ref) 142 of 2019 by the learned LA Judge, South Tripura, Belonia.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

After perusal of the contentions made in the petition for condonation of delay, this court finds satisfactory explanations. Accordingly, the delay of 1162 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned and, the application is allowed and, thus disposed of.
