To realize Mahatma Gandhi 's dreams , the Government of India launched the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan . Keeping in mind the principle of cleanliness is service , today Dr. Rajiv Mani , Secretary , Legislative Department , Ministry of Law and Justice , Government of India , participated in the cleanliness drive at the office of Vidhi Sahitya Prakashan located at the Indian Law Institute and did Shramdaan (voluntary work ) and also distributed cleaning kits to the employees participating in the cleanliness drive . Under his leadership , all the officers and employees of Vidhi Sahitya Prakashan , including the Head of Department and Joint Secretary , Mr. Ashwani , enthusiastically participated in the cleanliness drive .
