It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Learned Counsel for the Gangtok Municipal Corporation (GMC), Respondent No.1 that the license has been renewed.

Submission is recorded.

If any person aggrieved by the renewal of the trade license is free to challenge the decision taken by the Municipality, with liberty the above Writ Petition No. 72 of 2025 stands disposed.

If the aggrieved person approaches the Municipality, it shall issue a copy of the decision taken or a copy of the license to the aggrieved.
