India, Dec. 7 -- The Government of India has issued a release:
As part of Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0, a unique link between Varanasi and Tamil Nadu cultural cooperation, a group of teachers from Tamil Nadu arrived at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex at 8 a.m. for their first darshan. As soon as the teachers arrived at the sacred abode of Ram Lalla, the entire complex resounded with chants of "Jai Shri Ram."
The teachers visited Shri Ram Lalla with great reverence and devotion, becoming overwhelmed by his divine form. They expressed immense joy at the grand architecture of the Ram Temple, its spacious sanctum sanctorum, and its expansive courtyard. They said that the grand scale of the Shri Ram Temple and the grandeur of its architecture are astonishing and supernatural. They were mesmerized by the exquisite craftsmanship, traditional structure, and Vedic architecture used in the temple.
After the darshan, the group proceeded to Hanumangarhi, where all the teachers had darshan of Bajrangbali and experienced firsthand the glory of Hanumanji, the supreme devotee of Lord Shri Ram. The religious atmosphere of Hanumangarhi and the faith of the devotees filled them with immense peace and energy.
They then proceeded to Ram Ki Pauri, where, on the sacred banks of the Saryu River, they touched the holy waters, experiencing a calm and devotional experience. The melodious sound of the Saryu's waves and the surrounding spiritual atmosphere captivated everyone.
For Shravan, a mathematics teacher from Tamil Nadu, the trip proved unforgettable. Sharing his first-ever visit to Kashi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya, he said the grandeur of Shri Vishwanath Dham, the divine view of the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati in Prayagraj, and the history of the Ram Temple were very special to him.
His eyes became moist during the darshan of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. Getting emotional, Shravan said, "The divine form of Shri Ram Lalla touched my heart directly. This temple is as divine as the Rameshwaram temple in Tamil Nadu." Shravan said that the architecture of the Ram temple is a unique symbol of the cultural unity of North and South India. The stone carvings in the temple, the art of the temple of Mahabalipuram on the main entrance of the temple and the use of the holy soil of Rameshwaram show that Lord Ram is the center of faith of the entire India.
The teachers also learned about the glory of North Indian culture through stories from the Ramayana. They preserved the memories of this sacred visit by purchasing artifacts and souvenirs related to the Ramayana, available outside the temple complex.
