GANGTOK, India, April 1 -- Sikkim High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 2:
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that they seek to withdraw the instant matter.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents No.2 and 3 submits that since the time of the Counsel and this Court has been wasted, heavy costs be imposed on the Petitioner.
Having heard Learned Counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to impose costs on the Petitioner.
The prayer of the Petitioner is allowed and the Writ Petition disposed of as withdrawn.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
