GANGTOK, India, Aug. 29 -- Sikkim High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 7:
The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant, National
Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL), prays for
leave to withdraw the instant appeal and file the same before the proper forum
i.e., the learned Commercial Court at Gangtok.
Such prayer of the appellant is allowed.
The instant appeal stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty
to the appellant to approach the learned Commercial Court at Gangtok, in
accordance with law.
