Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today extended heartfelt wishes to the people of India on the occasion of Nuakhai. He emphasized the spirit of gratitude and unity that Nuakhai represents, acknowledging the tireless efforts of farmers who form the backbone of the nation's sustenance and progress.
In posts on X, he wrote:
"Wishing everyone a joyous Nuakhai. This cherished festival is a reminder of our deep gratitude to the farmers whose hard work sustains us all. May there be good health, prosperity and happiness in every home.
