PATNA, India, May 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:
1. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to remove the defect no. 4 as pointed out by the office note dated 25.03.2026 in course of the day.

2. This application has been filed for condoning the delay of 55 days in filing the instant appeal.
