PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDERS ON AJIT KUMAR GUPTA V/S ANJALI DEVI

PATNA, India, May 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the parties.

2. This Court has been taking attempts since 13.11.2024 to settle the dispute amicably between the husband and the wife. The husband is the appellant.

3. In spite of our repeated efforts we are unsuccessful to settle the dispute amicably for the reason together.

4. Let the record be placed before the Court for disposal.

5. Re-notify this matter on 21.04.2026.
