PATNA, India, Feb. 28 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:
1. Mr. Vijay Kumar Dubey, along with Mr. Mohit Agarwal, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that a technical objection has been raised by the office that affidavit has to be filed along with present memo of appeal, just because certain information and statement in that regard is contained in para 1 and he seeks to delete the same in course of the day.
2. Learned counsel is permitted to do so.
3. Re-notify forthwith under appropriate heading
