PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SRI BIJAY CHAUHAN AND ORS. V/S RAMRATI DEVI AND ORS.

PATNA, India, Feb. 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 16:

1. Call for the Trial Court Records in connection with Title Suit No. 119 of 2006 from the Court of learned Sub-Judge1st, Madhepura.

2. In the meantime, issue notice to the respondent no. 2, under ordinary process as well as speed post with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within three weeks.
