PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SK. KAUSHER AND ORS V/S STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, Feb. 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:

1. None appears on behalf of the appellants, however, learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

2. Pursuant to order dated 19.11.2025, a report dated 09.01.2026 regarding living status of the appellants has been received from the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, Bettiah stating that appellants, namely, Sk. Kausher, Manindra Mishra and Bhushan Mishra are alive.

3. Registry is directed to prepare paper-book to enable hearing of the appeal.

4. List this appeal immediately after preparation of paperbook.
