PATNA, India, April 16 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 16:
1. Issue fresh notice to Respondent No. 1, with present and correct address, by registered post with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which, requisites etc must be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
2. Put up this case after receipt of the same or on 04th of May, 2026, whichever is earlier.
