PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SHAILENDRA PRASAD SRIVASTAVA V/S BAIDYA NATH PRASAD VERMA AND ORS.

PATNA, India, Feb. 28 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:

1. As per Office notes dated 28.01.2026, It appears that I.A. No. 8 of 2018 (I.A. No. 9150 of 2018) is not filed within the prescribed time. Since this application is not in time, learned counsel for the appellant may perhaps be directed to file a limitation petition in this regard.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is delay in filing the aforementioned I.A. be condoned.

3. Accordingly, delay in filing the aforementioned I.A. be condoned and the present appeal be listed under appropriate heading.
