PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SATYENDRA KUMAR V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, April 13 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 10:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 23 of 2023.
