PATNA, India, June 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 11:
Let fresh notices be issued to the respondent Nos. 23 to 27 and 30 as well as legal heirs of respondent Nos. 4 and 29 on their present and correct address, by registered post with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which, requisites etc. must be filed within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stands dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
