PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAM LAKHAN PRASAD V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, April 13 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 10:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary along with post-mortem report from the Court of learned J.M. 1st class, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017.

3. The matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 21.04.2026, whichever is earlier.
