PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAJESHWAR RAI AND ANR V/S RAM BRIKSHA SAH AND ORS

PATNA, India, March 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

1. No one appears either on behalf of the parties.

2. Office is directed to issue direct notice to the appellant as well as Respondent.

3. Re-notify this case on 02.04.2026.

4. In the meantime, 'Stay' granted in execution proceeding vide order dated 26.03.1980 and 30.09.1982 is recalled.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court.
