PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PRIYANKA CHOUBEY AND ORS. V/S BINDU DEVI AND ORS.

PATNA, India, March 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

1. In paragraph No. 3 of earlier order dated 02.02.2026 "Dismissed for non-prosecution" is inadvertently typed in place of "List this case on 10.02.2026".

2. Thus, the order dated 02.02.2026 is modified to the extent that paragraph no. 3 be read as "List this case on 10.02.2026".

3. Office is directed to restore this case and list this case on 10.02.2026.
