PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PRADEEP SINGH V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR AND ANR.

PATNA, India, Feb. 28 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:

1. As per office notes dated 28.01.2026, learned counsel for the appellant may perhaps be directed to take steps for reconstruction of necessary documents i.e., memo of appeal, C.C. of impugned judgment, C.C. of decree, annexures and other relevant documents.

2. Leaned counsel for the appellant is also directed to file certified copy of all the relevant documents in the concerned section at once.
