PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PARSHURAM SAHANI V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, June 16 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 16:

Learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned APP for the State are present.

2. Let a reminder be issued to the Court of the learned Exclusive Special Court II, NDPS, Muzaffarpur, for sending a report regarding the present stage of the trial in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 902/2023.

3. Let an explanation be submitted by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, after obtaining the same from the concerned Court, indicating the circumstances under which the earlier order of this Court dated 11.04.2025 could not be complied with.

4. The Office is directed to communicate this order to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, forthwith through E-mail, Fax, WhatsApp, or any other appropriate mode.

5. List this matter on 18th of July, 2025.
