PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NARENDRA PANDEY V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 26:

1. Heard Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Umanath Mishra, learned APP for the State.

2. Call for legible up-to-date photostat copy of the case diary and Postmortem report in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P.S. Case No. 256 of 2025 from the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

3. List this matter on 18.03.2026 or after receipt of the same whichever is earlier under appropriate heading.
