PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MUKESH KUMAR V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, Feb. 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 16:

1. Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 by both modes (ordinary process as well as Speed Post with A/D) for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.

2. In the meantime, call for a legible up to date photostat/xerox copy of the case diary from the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Kachari P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023.
