PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MD. ISRAIL ANSARI V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, April 13 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 10:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Bihar.

2. Call for clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary along with postmortem report in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2025 from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

3. Let the matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 21.04.2026, whichever is earlier.
