PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MD. ANWAR AND ANR. V/S MD. HALIM

PATNA, India, Feb. 28 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:

1. Learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the respondent and learned counsel for the intervenor have already present in Court.
