PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MALTI DEVI V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR

PATNA, India, April 23 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 23:

1. It appears from the office notes that post-mortem report of deceased (Priyanka Kumari) has not been received as yet.

2. Let, a reminder be issued to the court of learned A.C.J.M-I, Sherghati, Gaya for sending the same of Bahera P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024.

3. List this matter on 04.05.2026 or after receipt of the same whichever is earlier under appropriate heading.
