PATNA, India, Feb. 14 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State seeks time for filing explanation, the SDO shall personally file the counter-affidavit duly explaining as to whether he has understood the purport of the order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 8273 of 2024 dated 24.02.2025 and whether the impugned show cause notice dated 17.05.2025 (Annexure P/2) is in consonance with the same.
2. Post the matter on 16.02.2026.
