PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KUSUMA DEVI AND ORS. V/S RAMASHISH YADAV AND ORS

PATNA, India, May 14 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 10:

1. From perusal of the office notes, it appears that learned counsel for the appellants, in compliance of the order dated 06.02.2026, has filed the affidavit stating jointness of Respondent Nos. 2 and 8 with the recipient of their respective notices and the same is hereby accepted and the notice issued upon Respondent Nos. 2 and 8 is deemed to be validly served.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants prays for time for filing limitation petition.

3. As prayed for, list this case on 14.05.2026.

4. In the meantime, learned counsel for the appellants is directed to serve the copy of interlocutory applications bearing I.A. Nos. 2 of 2026 and I.A. No. 3 of 2026 to the Respondent/s.
