PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JOGENDRA NATH TIWARY V/S SUNIL TIWARY

PATNA, India, March 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 5:

1. No one appears either on behalf of the parties.

2. On perusal of records, it appears that this case is continuously being adjourned since four dates i.e., 23.09.2025, 01.11.2025 02.12.2025 06.01.2026 and earlier vide order dated 29.01.2026, no one appears from both the parties and today also no one appears either on behalf of the parties. It seems that case is being lingered unnecessarily.

3. Accordingly, the present First Appeal No. 102 of 2012 stands dismissed under Order XLI Rule 17 of the CPC.
